Thanks to everyone who has voluntered to help with the Winter Dance.

* We still need more Chaperones as well as vegie and fruit trays.  Please see the time slots below and let Darby know if you can help with 1 or more chaperone shifts or any portion of the evening. Additional parent help is needed this year to help monitor a new coat check area and a pasta bar/food area.
CHAPERONE SHIFTS:      5:30-8 (to set up before the dance; dance starts at 7 )
                                       8-10:30
                                       10:30-1am (to clean up after the dance; dance ends at 12)

* We now have enough donations for soda.  Please see the food items still needed and RSVP to Darby at lavenderlayne at aol.com if you can chaperone and/or donate 1 or more of the items below.

           DONATIONS STILL NEEDED:
4 large Veggie trays ;  4 large fruit trays or strawberry trays ;  3 very large water jugs with spouts for kids to self serve;

Veggie trays can be  dropped off at the Zoo Thursday the 17th, or Friday the 18th.
  *Please label all items with “DANCE” and deliver to the ZooM Office
