Dear Zoo Magnet Parents,

Winter Ball is fast approaching on December 18th (7pm-midnight). Zoo Crew would appreciate help with the food item donations listed below and chaperones.

We need several parents to RVSP to chaperone. You can stay one shift or all night. 
Shifts:


5:30-8 (to set up before the dance; dance starts at 7) 
8-10:30 
10:30-1am (to clean up after the dance; dance ends at 12)

If you are unable to chaperone, you can still help out by donating 1 or more of the following food items. 
    Please RSVP donations to Darby (lavenderlayne at aol.com) 
Donation Items:


4 large Veggie trays (from Costco) 
4 large fruit trays or strawberry trays (from Albertsons?) 
6 large water jugs with spigots 
27 bottles of 2-liter sodas:


Sprite (6 bottles) 
Sunkist (6 bottles) 
Coke (6 bottles) 
Diet Coke (3 bottles) 
Rootbeer(3 bottles 
Dr. Pepper (3 bottles)

Drinks can be dropped off at the Zoo Magnet anytime next week.
Veggie trays can be  dropped off at the Zoo Thursday the 17th, or Friday the 18th.
   *Please label all items with “DANCE” and deliver to the ZooM Office
