ATTENTION ALL PARENTS:    Attached is the Zoo Magnet Donation Form.
Look at it, and everytime you get a donation, print out the form, and
write in all the information.  This will save our silent auction
form-filling group of Elves who will be working feverishly, hours of
time.
That way we can just transfer info to the bid sheets instead of having
to fill out these forms ourselves first.  You can print out a form
according to how many you need.  Also, this is a guarantee that your
names are spelled correctly and that everyone gets proper credit where
credit is due.  Instructions as to where to bring items are on the form.
You can also bring items to my home, because this will be our "Base of
Operations." Is that cool with everyone?  Thank you.
