Dear Organization Coordinator:

 

Thank you for supporting Ralphs and your organization during the current
Community Contribution Cycle.  We are proud to say that Ralphs donated
almost $3 million this past year through our Community Contributions
Program.

 

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION!!! 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SIGN-UPS!!   Please plan accordingly. 

 


RALPHS


1.       All of your members who are currently enrolled in the Ralphs
Community Contribution Program will remain active until August 31, 2009.


2.       Participants will be required to register for the new term at
www.Ralphs.com or by using the scanbar letter at the register starting
September 1, 2009.

3.       Due to this registration period, new registrants will not be
accepted during the month of August 2009.

4.       Even if your participants registered as recently as June or
July 2009, they will be required to register again, on or after 9/1/09.

 


FOOD 4 LESS 


If you are participating in the Food 4 Less Community Rewards Program,
your participation will continue. Your participants will not be required
to re-register their Food 4 Less Rewards Cards.  However, please make
sure that all of your participants who were given a Rewards Card,
registers their card online at Food4Less.com if they have not yet
registered.
