Dear Zoo Magnet Families,
Our Ugly Mug orders were scheduled to be delivered this week.  However,
due to unforeseen circumstances, the orders have been delayed.
 
A large number of our (NHH Music and Zoo) students received orders for
mugs or combo packs with mugs.  While preparing our order, Ugly Mug
discovered they had received a large shipment of broken mugs from their
(mug) supplier.  A replacement shipment was immediately requested by the
company.  Because of the large number of mug orders, our shipment was
placed on hold pending completion of the orders.
 
We learned today that, for whatever reason, the supplier cannot get the
mugs to Ugly Mug before Tuesday, 11/24.   After receiving this news, our
Ugly Mug Representative spent considerable time researching the
feasibility of completing our order without the mugs and getting it
shipped today for delivery before our Thanksgiving break.  However, the
delivery company reported , even if shipped today, the shipment would
probably not arrive until late next week.  
Because of our large number of orders, other rush shipping options were
too ridiculously expensive to consider.  At this time I am anticipating
receiving our order on or before 11/30. 
 
Needless to say, this has been very stressful for our Ugly Mug
Representative.  On behalf of the company, she sincerely apologizes to
all of our families and their customers.
 
I will keep you posted of the actual delivery date once we receive
confirmation that our order has been shipped. Please feel free to
